I want to publicly commend the stylists and owners at this salon for the extraordinary level of professionalism, patience, and integrity they showed during an extremely uncomfortable situation. While I was there, a client came in openly talking about being in rehab and proceeded to be beyond demanding, rude, and completely unrealistic from the moment she sat down. Her hair was severely knotted, and the stylist spent over an hour carefully brushing it out—something many salons wouldn’t even attempt. After that, the stylist beautifully matched her natural hair color to extensions, which objectively looked seamless and well done. Despite this, the client continuously complained, insisting the color was “wrong” and demanding it be made lighter. The stylist calmly and professionally explained that going lighter would seriously damage her already fragile hair. That advice was clearly given with the client’s best interest in mind—not convenience or profit. As the extension service was nearly finished (and looked great), the client escalated—complaining loudly, creating a scene, and making it clear she was trying to avoid paying for the service altogether. Her behavior became so disruptive that the stylist, rightfully, refused to continue, and management had to ask her to leave. What stood out most was how gracefully and respectfully the entire team handled the situation. No arguing, no embarrassment tactics—just calm boundaries and professionalism. It’s refreshing to see a salon that protects both its staff and its standards. Hair professionals are artists and service providers—not punching bags. This salon deserves full credit for standing by their team and maintaining class under pressure. I would trust them again in a heartbeat. On top of it my hair looks incredible as always!

Her service is very good and kind. Mara is very pleasant and truly excellent at cutting hair. She takes her time to understand what you want and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The atmosphere of the salon is very warm and welcoming, and everyone there is very friendly and professional. You can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a wonderful experience. 😊

Amazing Todd! I used to see him in Stuart for years and I’m so excited he’s moved to Palm Beach Hair Co! This salon is fantastic! Lots of natural light in an open space that feels really comfortable. After giving me several options for a new style, Todd did his magic and transformed my washed out hair color to a much prettier blonde mix which Im obsessed with, and a sharp, more professional cut to give me a fresh start eliminating any broken ends. I couldn't be happier, the color is spectacular and I get so many compliments on what a pretty color blend it is. It was a complete transformation and exactly what I needed. I really loved the entire experience at the salon, it's very welcoming. Todd is so much fun- Highly recommend.

I recently got my haircut at Palm Beach Hair Co. and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. My barber was Edgar Alvarez and he truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I sat in the chair, Edgar was focused and professional. He took the time to really assess what cut would suit me best, and I trusted his judgment completely. He chose the best look for me, and it turned out even better than I imagined. His understanding of what works with my hair type and face shape really showed in the final result. He never rushed the process and worked carefully and methodically to make sure everything was even, clean, and perfectly blended. He didn’t need to constantly check in during the cut because I fully trust his skills and vision. Watching him work, you can tell he is precise, patient, and highly skilled at what he does. He takes real pride in his craft and pays attention to every detail. The final result was sharp, fresh, and easily one of the best haircuts I’ve had. The atmosphere at Palm Beach Hair Co. was welcoming and professional, which made the experience even better. Alicia always makes me feel more confident in my hair after I’m done seeing her. She does fantastic work consulting, cutting, styling, and coloring. I used to divide my work between a men’s stylist and her; now I just see her. Today I came in and needed to style my cut differently—no issues—we brainstormed and I was pleasantly surprised by the result. I love the color and the style even though I’m parting a different way. Last week, she provided a keratin treatment which was such a great change of pace. She can provide any service you want, but will give you ample warning if you might make a decision you’ll regret. I’ve NEVER left disappointed. She’s truly “mastered her craft” when it comes to my hair. I unfortunately have had multiple stylists try and fail when I’m trying to take my style a different direction. After a good amount of research (roughly two years), I can confidently say that she is my stylist moving forward and indefinitely. I highly recommend her for anyone struggling to lock down a style that they can go with.
